CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property development and investment company in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Content Designer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with audiences across digital channels and physical formats. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and content creation, who possess proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. You will need to have a strong and demonstrable portfolio of previous design work, with a particular focus in a digital marketing and social media context. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, including Facebook and Instagram ads, posts, stories, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online content to make data-driven design improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all marketing materials.
• Create and update brand designs, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and other visual elements.
• Design and produce graphics for offline marketing materials, including billboards, construction site fencing, flyers, brochures, and other print materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality and timely deliveries in physical marketing materials.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or digital content creation role.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in digital marketing and social media contexts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram advertising formats and best practices.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and how design impacts engagement and conversion.
• Experience with social media analytics tools to track and optimize content performance.
