We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Marketing Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and execute the activities of marketing plan.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback, and respond appropriately to build community engagement.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure the frequent and targeted presence of the firm in hard copy and online press.

Have responsibility for the drafting and publishing of press releases.

Manage corporate and promotional gifts

Coordinate with other departments for the planning and implementation of marketing activities, as well as ensuring that all deliverables are in line with brand guidelines.

Send informative material to employees in a timely manner (incl. templates for service line presentations and proposals).

Coordination and organization of all events (incl. trade shows and conferences).

Actively engage in organizing and coordinating the CSR activities of the region.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on social media.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools (analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canvas, and other relevant marketing software.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-
Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management.
