Christos Zambas & Co LLC is looking to recruit a Junior Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of Agreements, Contract of Sale, Lease Agreements, Letters etc
• Drafting of corporate forms, documents
• Keep up to date with new obligations of Cyprus companies and attend on time to all the necessary changes that need to be made with the Companies Register
• Performing KYC/AML checks for clients
• Administrative duties,including filing, scanning and organizing
• Performing immigration services
• Use of i-justice system
• Prepare and submit tax forms

Skills and Qualifications:

• University Degree in Law
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English language
• Computer Literate ( Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Organization skills
