We are currently looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill in the position of SHIFT MANAGER.

The Shift Manager creates a comfortable atmosphere for the team to work on the shift. They know how to make quick decisions, bring people together and take responsibility in difficult working moments.

What our Shift Managers do:

• Organize shift work.
• Monitor compliance with standards.
• Help the team along with their work.
• Resolve customer service situations that may occur.
• Help the restaurant manager.

Our Shift Managers are first trained as a cashier and a pizza maker to learn all the standards from the inside. Then, they study shift & team management.
