Our client, a reputable recruitment company in Limassol, is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. Job Description:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to headhunting top talent and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will play a key role in retaining employees, organising team-building activities, and handling administrative tasks related to personnel. Your goal will be to ensure the successful alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives while maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, headhunting, and conducting interviews.
  • Retain employees by fostering trust and building strong relationships.
  • Organise team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Handle administrative activities related to personnel, including training programs and evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and manage the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the management team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including ordering refreshments, stationery, and supplies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment with a proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Proficiency in various sourcing methods, including effectively utilising LinkedIn and other media channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, employees, and management.
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Remuneration Package:

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, on-site employment.
  • Standard office hours: 8:00-17:00 with a 1-hour break.
