Currently, we’re expanding our team to support a leading theory training company in the Netherlands. With a focus on helping individuals achieve their driver’s licenses, this company has built a strong reputation in the industry. Now, we’re looking for customer service agents to join us and assist their customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience every step of the way.

A Day in Your Life at Orange Uni Customer Service:
Your day starts at 9:00 AM, where you dive into helping customers with queries via phone, email, and social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. You'll assist with booking changes, answer questions about theory courses, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Lunch with colleagues offers a great time to recharge, and you'll finish your day with a sense of accomplishment and readiness for tomorrow’s challenges.
