As part of the newly established, young, fresh and dynamic Commercial department, we’re hiring a Revenue Officer to join the Central Reservations Centre at our head office. The successful candidate will assist in the annual business development and hotel revenue targets of Kanika Hotels & Resorts.

What we expect from you:
The Revenue Officer plays a key role in driving the achievement of commercial strategic goals and annual revenue targets across all distribution channels. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the Revenue Officer is responsible for the execution and ownership of revenue-generating activities, including implementing pricing strategies, managing business relationships, and supporting the overall business development efforts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute and communicate B2B pricing, reservation, yield, and sales & marketing channel acquisition policies, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
Support the development and execution of annual revenue targets by analyzing performance data, market trends, and intelligence related to assigned accounts.
Foster strong relationships with B2B partners, securing allotment contracts and maximizing exposure for all properties to achieve revenue goals.
Engage in business development activities, including online webinars, presentations, targeted sales visits, and participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
Monitor monthly revenue forecasts, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Distribute and manage B2B brand assets, ensuring accurate and strategic use to promote commercial initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure accurate hotel content is distributed and featured in sales and marketing channels.
Support the preparation and launch of business development campaigns, focusing on growing high-quality B2B databases and promoting holiday programs to Cyprus.
Key skills required:
Previous experience in a similar position or in tourism is a plus.
Experience in using Reservations systems such as Fidelio, Opera is a plus.
Fluent in English and Greek Language is essential. Any additional language knowledge will be considered an advantage
Able to work as a team member or individually.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative and be proactive.
Honesty, reliability and attention to detail.
Discretion and a thorough understanding of confidentiality issues.
