The Team: A career in our Risk Advisory Services department within our Advisory practice will allow you to be part of a high-

performing and dynamic team of risk and regulatory specialists. Our team provides tailored solutions to financial institutions, helping

them navigate complex regulatory environments while ensuring robust risk management and sustainable business practices.

Main Responsibilities: We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager-level professional to join the team with a focus on

financial institutions. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, delivering tailored solutions to help our

clients navigate regulatory challenges, optimize their risk management frameworks, and ensure sustainable business

practices. The role involves participation in various projects, including but not limited to:

• Risk Management: Advising clients on enhancing their risk management frameworks, including capital adequacy, liquidity management, and risk governance, with a focus on utilising or developing risk models.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assisting clients in meeting regulatory requirements related to capital and liquidity planning, recovery and resolution planning, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration.
• Governance and Controls: Providing expertise on best practices in corporate governance and control frameworks, ensuring clients maintain a strong compliance posture.
• Project Delivery: Leading and contributing to the delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client needs and regulatory expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in risk management, capital adequacy, or regulatory compliance within a financial institution or consulting firm. Experience in auditing financial services institutions is also considered.
• Education: University degree in Risk, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, FRM, CFA, or similar certifications are advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results is essential.
• Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek are required. Programming skills (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, Python) would be advantageous for the role.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
