Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client,a licensed Asset Management company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Office Manager;
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the functioning of the office: ordering stationery, consumables, etc.;
Interaction with courier services, cleaning and maintenance companies;
Receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Record keeping;
Organization of meetings, appointments, negotiations;
Participation in organization of corporate events;
Budgeting expenses for office needs;
Ad hoc duties as required from management
Qualifications:
Fluency in Russian & English (Verbal & Written)
1-2 years of experience with administrative and clerical work will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and polite personality with the ability to multitask
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Monday to Friday
