The Client:

Our Client, an adult content platform, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager (Mid to Senior Level) to join their newly established operations in Nicosia.

The Position:

The ideal candidate will manage a team of accountants, oversee financial operations, and ensure smooth payment processing across various platforms and countries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee payment processor settlements, payment gateways, and reconciliation processes.

• Manage multinational tax compliance using specialized tax software.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment flows, accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and cross-border transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning for multiple international entities

Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in finance, particularly with cross-border online businesses (marketplaces or gambling preferred).

• Expertise in managing payment processor settlements and gateways.

• Strong understanding of multi-national tax regulations and experience with tax compliance software.

• Proven experience managing teams of accountants and financial operations.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work from the office and lead a team in an on-site environment.

Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
