As a Back Office Officer, you’ll process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and refunds according to company policies and procedures. You’ll handle transaction processing, including corrections and adjustments in the CRM, and manage customer payment inquiries. You’ll also liaise with PSPs regarding clients’ deposits and withdrawals, and take on any requests from the RISK, KYC, Dealing, AML, and CS departments, as well as tasks assigned by your team leader, manager, or management.

Main Role:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and refunds according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Responsible for transaction processing (Corrections/adjustments in the CRM);
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding payments;
  • Contacting PSPs in relation to clients’ deposits/withdrawals;
  • Any requests assigned by the RISK/KYC/Dealing/AML/CS department and any other task assigned by the team leader/manager/management in general;

Working Schedule:

  • The working shifts are applicable on a weekly rotation basis and are as follows:
  • Monday to Friday 20:00 - 02:00 & 22:00 - 04:00 on a weekly rotational basis
  • Public holidays are applicable on a rotation basis.

*Please note that remote working basis will start after the completion of approx. 3-4 months of training in our headquarters in Limassol.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a Back-office position in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or in a related field;
  • Excellent English and Greek communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Ability to perform duties effectively while working under pressure;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
