We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Accommodation Officer to oversee the housing arrangements and ensure the smooth operation of staff accommodations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day tasks related to staff housing, including allocation, maintenance, and compliance with safety and living standards.
What we expect from you:
Manage the team members' accommodation
Responsible for the safekeeping of the staff Apartments keys.
Execute scheduled inspections of the team members' accommodation
Ensure that all rooms for new hires arrival are in a good condition
Ensure that all rooms are cleaned upon arrival and departure of the team members
Ensure that the customized Accommodation system receives accurate and correct information
Assist the Human Talent Department in achieving departmental goals regarding the wellbeing of the team members
Organizing transportation for team members
Ensure periodic inspections of all staff Apartments including inside and outside areas
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance,
To coordinate with the HT team and Maintenance team on repairs and maintenance follow up
To ensure that check-in is done for each new employee and check-out is done for any employee changing his accommodation or leaving it.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a High or Hospitality School
Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages
Excellent Communication Skills and an outgoing personality
Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer service
