Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a professional and elite yacht company with offices located in both Larnaca and Limassol, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to be based in Larnaca;
Responsibilities:
- Book-keeping
- Preparation of daily Cash Flows
- Reconciliations of bank accounts and clearing companies to internal systems
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT reports to ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all documents relating to the above procedures.
- Payable and receivable, including tracking invoices, processing payments, and liaising with vendors and clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Secondary School
- LCCI Intermediate or Higher
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of E-soft would be an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English
Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 9-5 Monday to Friday. (Friday finish earlier) There is great potential of the role becoming full time.
