CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions and services to the iGaming & Online Casino industries, we are seeking to recruit a Junior CRM Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Junior CRM Specialist, the successful applicant will play a key role supporting multi-channel CRM campaigns for player retention and acquisition. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or other closely related fields, who possess some previous experience with Customer Relationship Manager and/or Digital Marketing. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Support multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) for player retention and acquisition.
• Help refine player targeting with data-driven insights.
• Work with teams to craft engaging campaign content.
• Monitor and report on key metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Enhance player journeys with personalized strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Ensure CRM activities adhere to industry regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and day-to-day CRM tasks.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Some CRM or digital marketing experience (internships welcome).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
