Olias Homes Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell properties, projects, and development services to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to enhance sales strategies
• Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or construction
• Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
