Our client, a well-established family-owned company for over 22 years, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Officer. It is a state of the art of facility, that consists of a luxury showroom and a fully equipped service and repair workshop offering factory official After Sales service.
Objective
Achieving New and Pre-owned Sales targets defined together with the Management. Ensuring overall Customers management in coordination with After Sales Manager.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving new and pre-owned sales targets
- Performing test-drives and collecting Customer's opinions
- Ensuring that the customer receives the post-delivery / follow up phone call to check post-sale Customer satisfaction
- Identifying and evaluating Dealer local market potential
- Monitor and report on independent Dealers to determine source of supply (parallel imports and/or Customers)
- Monitor residual values of luxury car brands' products and competitors
- Keep New ModisCS and all reflecting websites up to date with current stock, CCF, and sales prices
- Management of the pre-owned business KPIs (stock rotation, residual value, inventory value, etc.) and Action Plan definition
- Ability to evaluate trade-in's on a regular basis
- Coordinating with After Sales Manager on all matters related to pre-owned vehicle sales
- Convey to Prospects, luxury car brand experience, heritage and racing history
- Build and maintain relations with Prospects and Clients developing structured contact plans
Management:
- Develop relationship with auctions, Customers, brokers, and independent retailers to seek out purchase opportunities
- Management of correct stock levels including clearance of undesirable inventory
- Coordinating marketing and communication plans to increase visibility and promote brand awareness, while also focusing on loyalty management.
- Responsible for the digital marketing activities and social media.
- Plan marketing initiatives and events to drive customer acquisition and promote both new and pre-owned business. Update CRM with related activities.
- Actively tailor pricing to market conditions
- Producing estimation on cars and options applying defined guidelines
- Writing contracts, collecting required documentations, and launching car delivery procedures
- Proposing financing and insurance services to support car purchasing, if required
Position's Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other related field
- 5 + years experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry. Experience in the luxury segment within any industry is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Displays a passionate, enthusiastic and determined attitude
- Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent command of MS Office applications and CRM software
- Driver’s License

- All week: 9:00 - 13:00 &14:00 - 18:00
