Our client, an established company active in the sale of building materials, is looking for a Business Development Executive. The role is to develop sales through specific professional channels. More specifically, the focus will be on:
- Resellers
- Contractors/Developers
- Gardeners
- Architects/Interior Designers/Landscape Designers
- Municipal Authorities
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized visits to each professional with the aim of identifying their needs, presenting the company's product range, and taking advantage of new opportunities. The meetings will be arranged by another member of the department, and the person in this position will need to follow the meeting schedule accordingly.
- Have a deep understanding of the company's product specifications and capabilities.
- Record statistical data regarding the visits and sales made, and formulate and propose improvement actions.
- Explore the professionals' needs and suggest new products for exploration.
- Develop promotional tools for product presentations (digital and printed catalogs).
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to participate in trade fairs showcasing the company's products.
- Research, analyze, monitor, and evaluate market and competition trends, and submit proposals for improvement actions.
Position’s Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or any other relevant field.
- At least 2 years in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Very good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Responsibility and reliability.
- Preparedness and patience.
- Persuasion skills and politeness.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with different types of people without discrimination.

Salary: up to €24,000 (80% fixed salary and 20% variable pay base on sales)
