Splash Boutiques are looking to recruit a part-time Inventory Administrator to join our team:

Responsibilities

  • Accurately create and manage all order items within the Company system ensuring timely and precise date entry.
  • Compare invoices to orders to verify accuracy, ensuring that all billed items match orders and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with the warehouse and other departments.
  • Monitor incoming orders to ensure they arrive on time. Address any delays to the management.

Requirements and skills

  • Strong attention to detail is a must!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry
  • Prior experience in retail is an advantage
