ABOUT THE JOB
A financial services company based in Limassol is looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and help build a distinctive, engaging brand. The primary responsibility of the Creative Designer is to develop unique, standout visual content, including website designs, social media graphics, and promotional materials for events.

BUSINESS PROCESSES
The successful candidate will be part of the marketing department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working under the supervision of the Lead Designer. You will collaborate closely with the content manager and a team of developers to create cohesive and visually compelling content.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate concepts and ideas into creative visual designs.
• Work on design material for Branding, Marketing Campaigns, Social Media & Web design.
• Revise published materials to ensure brand consistency and clarity.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience in creating visually appealing multimedia content.
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles that impact visitor engagement on websites.
• Previous experience in the finance industry is considered an advantage.
• Good proficiency in the Adobe Suite big 3 : Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign. Figma knowledge is considered a plus.
• Motion design skills are a plus.
• Portfolio submission is required.
