CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to a native English-Speaking Conversion Agent to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for generating and developing clients from new leads, maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone, and providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems. You will speak either native or a near native level of English (written & spoken) and possess approximately 1+ year of previous experience in conversion or a similar position within the financial services sector. Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage. Our client offers an attractive base salary, as well as an excellent commission structure.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Generating and developing clients from new leads.
• Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone.
• Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner.
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that clients receive the best level of service.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results.
• Cooperate effectively with other departments, as necessary.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 1 year of previous experience in Conversion or a similar position in a financial services company is a must.
• Native English, and any other languages will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic and innovative.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Strong computer literacy.
