We are seeking a Sales Executive to join the dynamic team of our client, a reputable and established real estate company in Cyprus, which is specializing in offering investment and residential properties tailored to suit a variety of budgets and lifestyles.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar position.

• Outstanding customer service and sales abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluency in Greek is essential.

• Prior experience in the ceramic tile and sanitary ware industry is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establishing sales objectives and formulating comprehensive sales strategies.

• Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.

• Conducting research to identify potential prospects and generate leads.

• Planning and managing the implementation of new marketing initiatives.

• Engaging with potential and existing customers through phone communication, email correspondence, and in-person meetings.

• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Preparing and delivering detailed quotes and proposals.

• Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking as required.

• Gross salary up to 2000 euros.

• Commissions 3 on sales excluding VAT.
