The Position:

Bid Management Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of Altamira’s Real Estate Commercialization team and report directly to the Bid Management Manager. Main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the management of the real estate sale tender process for the properties in the portfolios under management

• Review, analyze and assess sales tenders received by potential buyers and prepare proposals for senior management committee

• Lead the negotiation process with potential buyers

• Provide sale advisory services to potential buyers, where needed

• Communication with prospective buyers, real estate brokers and other real estate companies to execute potential deals.

• Coordinate with other departments of Altamira Real Estate to handle requests for technical issues by prospective buyers

• Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager of the Bid Management department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in a Real Estate related field or any other field if supported by real estate experience

• Knowledge in real estate market trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Altamira'sOffices in Nicosia.
