We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy CEO to oversee Finance, HR & Back office, Legal, and IT departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have a solid background as a CFO, Deputy CEO, or COO, with extensive experience in finance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the business support functions of the company, including Finance, HR, Legal, and IT departments.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Supervise HR, Legal, and IT operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, financial risk, and relations with major investors.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with fellow executives to drive strategic initiatives and foster business development.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; EMBA/MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or Deputy CEO/COO, with a strong track record in leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams (30+ employees) and senior managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
