We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Online Reputation Management Specialistto join our dynamic team at HFM.

As an Online Reputation Management Specialist at HFM, you will play a critical role in monitoring, managing, and enhancing our brand's online presence. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our brand maintains a positive reputation across all online platforms, including social media, review sites, and other channels. You will work closely with our marketing, customer service, and content teams to craft and implement strategies that promote a favourable public image for HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Monitor online presence and analyse brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across various online platforms, including social media, forums, review sites, and blogs.
• Respond to online reviews, comments, and customer feedback on time, addressing concerns and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the content marketing, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure a consistent and positive brand image.
• Track, analyse, and report on key metrics related to online reputation, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ online reputations and identify opportunities to differentiate HFM positively.

What You Bring

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management or similar role.
• Experience in the industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, and digital marketing.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Any additional language would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
