As a Customer Success Associate you will be part of a young and growing team, direclty contributing to the success of our customers and partners. The PHILOSHOPIC Cloud-based Solutions enable transactions and in-store digital services for Retailers, Suppliers, Financial Institutions and the Consumers worldwide. Your role will be the key bridge between our customers and our innovative products, ensuring they derive maximum value and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and training

  • Engage with customers to identify needs and requirements

  • Track incidents and coordinate with the technical team for resolution

  • Monitor solution usage and identify areas for improvement

Key Prerequisites:

Tech skills

  • Technology or Business-related degree

  • Familiar with SaaS and Cloud Technology concepts

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Excellent use of MS Excel/Google Sheets

    • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Google Looker, PowerBI, etc) will be consider a major plus

  • Help Desk Systems familiar (Jira ServiceDesk, ZenDesk, etc)

  • CRM systems awareness

  • Basic SQL or database querying
