Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by offering expert technical support, assessing customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Your role will involve building long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their specific needs, offering expert technical advice and solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to contribute to business growth and market expansion.
• Continuously monitor competitive activity and industry trends to deliver informed product recommendations and market insights to clients.
• Support post-sales activities by ensuring a smooth transition to implementation, coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery and service expectations while maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
