🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• 🔄 Reconcile data in the reconciliation system (reconcile banks/PSPs balances with account statements and
client funds with wallet balances) on a daily basis

• 📊 Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company

• 📝 Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings

• 🔍 Perform research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies

• 📅 Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client funds and balances

• 🕵️‍♀️ Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings

• 🛠️ Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies

• ❗ Ability to identify errors

Job Requirements:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any other related field

• 📈 Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage

• 💻 Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel

• 🧐 High level of attention to detail

• ⚡ Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent tasks

• 🌍 Proficient in English

• 🤝 Team player and trustworthy

• 🔄 Able to adjust easily to any new product and payment method onboarded by the company
