Candidate Profile:

• A School Degree/College Degree/University Degree is required

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales or/and real estate industry

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills); Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as advantage

• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Driving License is a must

• Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person

• Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person

• Ability to work under pressure and within time limits

• Professionalism, integrity, honesty.

Duties & Responsibilities: ​​​

• Responding to agent and client’s enquiries

• Arranging and assisting in property viewings

• Promote properties

• Establishing relationships with new customers

• Maintain contact with existing and new Real estates representatives/associates

• Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing and future projects of the company

• Responsible for updating company’s document management system
