Responsibilities

• Updating Company’s Compliance Software with relevant information regarding Companies under management i.e. Activities, financial information, UBO etc
• Construction of Economic Profiles for the Companies based on information for each company and activities of each company
• Analysing the information of each company independently and be able to determine the activities, transactions etc.
• Preparing Economic Profiles for the Clients
• Performance of transaction monitoring and transaction analysis
• Preparation and submission of Annual AMLCO Report
• Preparation and submission of CYSEC reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Preparation for Annual Internal Audit of the Company
• Perform risk assessments for the company’s and clients
• Updating relevant information for each group of clients on a regular basis
• Monitoring and be up to date with all regulations and directives and ensure that the Company has in place all relevant documentation to support compliance
• Design procedures that should be followed by the Compliance Department for efficiency and smooth operation of the department
• Collecting and analysing due diligence
• Perform necessary screenings and analysing the results accordingly
• Providing guidance to team members in relation to AML and Compliance matters i.e. collection of documents, proper certification of documents
• Organise the Compliance Department in general and be up to date with all requirements of law and regulator.
• Providing training to team members
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and CySec on AML related matters

Requirements

• The candidate will be appointed as Compliance Officer to relevant authorities
• The candidate should have relevant certifications from CYSEC
• The candidate should have solid experience being compliance officer of a CYSEC regulated ASP.
• The candidate should be able to work independently, should have good knowledge of CYSEC Directives and regulations in relation to ASPs
• The candidate must come from a fiduciary background which is essential
• English is a must
