Key Responsibilities:

  • 📈 Develop strategies to increase revenue through partnerships, pricing optimization, and product enhancements.

  • 🤝 Support the commercial team in managing and expanding partnerships with game developers, distributors, and key partners.

  • 🔍 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, spot industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.

  • 💡 Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels.

  • 📝 Negotiate contracts, securing the most favorable terms to benefit the company and boost revenue.

  • 🎯 Collaborate with CRM and product teams to drive successful promotional campaigns, product launches, and revenue initiatives.

  • 🗣️ Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by anticipating challenges and proactively resolving them.

  • 📊 Prepare insightful reports on sales performance, market analysis, and commercial activities to help shape business decisions.

  • 🌐 Attend industry events and conferences to network, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities for revenue generation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • 💼 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role (preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment).

  • 🔢 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive revenue.

  • 🗨️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships and business relationships.

  • ⚡ Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

  • 🎮 Basic understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.

  • 💻 Experience with CRM software, Excel, and data analytics tools is a plus.
