What You'll Do:

• 💡 Develop & Execute killer in-app advertising strategies to acquire and retain users.
• 📈 Plan, Buy & Optimize campaigns across top DSPs and ad networks.
• 👀 Monitor Performance and adjust campaigns based on key metrics like CPI, ROAS, and retention.
• 📊 Analyze Data and provide actionable insights to boost campaign outcomes.
• 🎨 Collaborate with our creative team to build high-converting ad creatives.
• 🚀 Stay Ahead of the latest trends in mobile advertising and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• 💰 Manage Budgets and optimize media spend for maximum ROI.
• 🔍 Experiment with A/B testing to fine-tune creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🔑 Experience in in-app media buying or a similar mobile marketing role.
• 📱 Deep Knowledge of in-app advertising ecosystems and platforms (AppLovin, IronSource, AdMob, etc.).
• 🧠 Data-Driven Mindset – you live for metrics, optimization, and performance.
• 🛠️ Familiar with tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Firebase.
• 💪 Ability to Juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• 🤝 Strong Communication & Teamwork skills.

• 🏆 Experience managing large budgets and scaling mobile apps.
• 🎮 Passion for mobile gaming and tech.
• 🧑‍💻 Programmatic buying experience is a plus!
• 🇲🇽 Spanish-speaking candidates are a huge advantage.
• 🎰 Gambling experience is a must.
