Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of operating the computer/phone/tablet
• Experience in the maintenance the slot machines (repair and installation)
• Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failure

Responsibilities:

• Operate with the chat-bots on the phone/tablet/laptop
• Adding the prizes to the claw machines
• Report to managers about issues with the machine or support bots
• Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures
• Resolve the issues with the machine or support bots
