CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialist Consulting company offering administrative support services, primarily within the Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset industries, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing (Blockchain) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Head of Marketing (Blockchain), you will lead the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and develop a customer-centric marketing approach in line with the vision to make blockchain technology easy, accessible, and rewarding for everyone. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and messaging across all platforms. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, or any other relevant field, and possess approximately 10 years of experience in marketing, including proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role for a blockchain company. A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 marketing is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Build and manage the marketing team, including digital, content, community, and communications managers.
• Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that marketing efforts align with product launches and updates.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support partnership and investor relations efforts.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay updated on blockchain and cryptocurrency trends to ensure that the marketing strategy remains competitive and innovative.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities as needed.
• Plan and manage event sponsorships or create events and side events, including conferences, webinars, and community meetups, to increase brand awareness and industry presence.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Higher education in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field is desirable.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience acting as a Marketing Lead for a blockchain company, with a deep understanding of blockchain marketing strategies and user adoption techniques.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 marketing with a passion for driving user adoption in these sectors.
• Experience in planning and executing event sponsorships or organizing events and side events that align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing marketing teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Understanding of community-driven marketing and experience in managing community engagement for a brand in multiple locations.
