As a Retail Sales Executive, you will actively take ownership of the products, support business growth, and foster relationships with the clients. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, who possess strong customer service and sales skills. Fluency in Greek is a must and any previous experience in the Ceramic tile & Sanitary ware industry will be considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a generous basis salary, excellent commission plan, and a company car. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Business, or similar will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or other relevant role is a must.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Previous experience in Ceramic tile & Sanitary ware industry will be considered an advantage.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
