AMARA Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus is looking for candidates for the position of Receptionist B for the Front Office Department.

Department : Front Office
Working hours : Full time – 38 hours per week – 5 days per week
Position reports to : Front Office Manager/Assistant/Supervisor, Head Receptionist,
Receptionist A
PROFILE
The Receptionist B will manage the Hotel’ front desk day to day operations (welcoming guests, check-ins/outs, handle guest queries and payments, etc) by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all Hotel guests and visitors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete the full range of hotel reception duties: check-ins, check-outs, process invoices, transactions, handle payments, execute banking procedures, room allocation, control the availability of rooms/rooms types, oversee the switchboard, etc.
- Train and coach team members so they develop their system knowledge and personal skills,
- Resolve issues/problems, support and encourage other team members to ensure service standards and company policies are achieved,
- Respond to guests' needs and requests, resolve issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service,
- Work proactively, focusing on delivering standards whilst maximising revenues,
- Build strong relationships with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations, maintenance, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school graduate or equivalent,
- Previous hotel front-desk experience is desirable,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills,
- Must speak, read, and write both English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages (Russian, etc) will be considered an advantage,
- Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Good organisational and administration skills including attention to detail.
