CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated investment firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Dealer to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting directly to the Head of Trading, you will oversee Profit/Loss (P/L) and risk management across diverse business lines and asset classes, as well as adhere rigorously to the company's risk management policies to ensure compliance. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant field, and holders of any relevant CySEC certifications or similar are encouraged to apply. You will need to possess at least 2+ years’ of relevant professional experience gained working for a Forex company, and have knowledge of the MT4/MT5 trading platforms and/or any other relevant technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and any knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Directly report to the Head of Trading, overseeing Profit/Loss (P/L) and risk management across diverse business lines and asset classes.
• Adhere rigorously to the company's risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to risk limits and consistently uphold procedures to the highest industry standards.
• Monitor order execution and price distribution for all products, aligning actions with the company’s established policies and procedures.
• Conduct ongoing analytics to optimize book segmentation, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
• Monitor pricing and risk algorithms post-trade, conducting market impact analyses on client transactions.
• Analyse and report on clients’ trading behaviour, patterns, and overall performance to inform strategic decision-making.
• Obtain pricing from liquidity providers and execute client trades with precision.
• Interact proactively with clients, providing technical support related to trading execution.
• Stay abreast of market information and news, monitoring trends in all major trading symbols offered by the company.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on current market conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments, fostering a cohesive and supportive working environment.
• Work closely with Group offices, maintaining open communication and coordination.
• Identify areas for improvement in trading strategies and processes.
• Proactively suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Core hours involve covering the US shift, with flexibility to cover EU or APAC shifts when required.
• Demonstrate adaptability and availability during various time zones as needed.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other related field is desirable.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a Forex company.
• Holder of a professional CySEC related qualification or other qualification, such as the Securities & Investment Institute, will be considered as advantageous.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platform and any other platforms/
• Knowledge on Bridge technologies as (Centroid, OneZero, PrimeXM, etc).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel & working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work under pressure.
• Strong work ethics to meet regulatory requirements & management expectations.
• Strong team player to work with a team of specialists.
• Excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Any knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work on rotational shift-patterns to accommodate global time zones is essential.
