Kanika Hotels & Resorts, a leading hospitality group in Cyprus, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality results across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage

• Manage team schedules, budgets, and administrative tasks

• Ensure the highest standards of service and property maintenance

• Lead and support teams in the Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions

• Act as the Hotel’s General Manager in their absence

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus

• Background in Food & Beverage management

• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit
