We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work alongside our founder and online sales specialist to help manage client projects, assisting with a wide range of tasks related to digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

• Provide support with Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, learning how to set up and optimize ads.

• Assist in content writing using tools like ChatGPT to generate blogs, newsletters, e-books, and other client-related content.

• Help with email marketing and automations, drafting newsletters and setting up email flows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

• Collaborate with our creative team, including graphic designers and videographers, to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

• Stay up to date with basic digital marketing trends, and assist with reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and basic understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Basic content writing skills and familiarity with tools like ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.

• Must live in Limassol, as we occasionally meet in person for strategy sessions (remote work is the default).

• Native fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written).

• Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment.
