Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking according to menu specifications

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations

• Help in the preparation and management of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts

• Assist with cleaning duties and general kitchen organization as require

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous but not mandatory

• Strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment

• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
