The Role

Our goods pass through your hands! You'll be part of a team of around 80 people, preparing orders and shipments. Your main goal? Ensuring our stores are stocked daily so that no shelf is ever empty.

A Day at Work

Here, we strive to outdo ourselves every day, starting with our smallest and most routine tasks. Imagine a day at work:

● Your entire day revolves around creating the perfect pallet! It’s simple and straightforward: you receive order instructions via headset and assemble pallets with various products based on the needs of each store.
● Throughout the day, you might handle all kinds of items—groceries, refrigerated, frozen, and fresh produce. You'll work in a stable, temperature-controlled environment year-round. We rely on you to ensure each pallet is packed correctly so that stores receive exactly what they need.
● You'll also help keep your work area clean and organised.

What We Offer You

● An initial monthly gross salary starting at €1,240 (full-time).
● 13.5 salaries a year: Not 12, not 13, but 13.5. We know it's not very common, and we know it makes your annual pay even more competitive.

● Extra allowance for working in refrigerated or frozen sections during your shifts.
● A five-day work week with rotating shifts (morning and afternoon, between 08:00-23:00), including some Saturdays and Sundays each month.
● A one-month induction program: Before diving in, we make sure you learn everything you need to start work the next day! And yes, you’ll be paid during training.
