Marketing Assistant – Cyprus

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self motivated Junior Marketing Operations Officer to join our team and support our marketing operations. If you're passionate about coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring seamless communication across departments, this role is for you!

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Prepare and distribute client newsletters
• Manage all translations for the company’s website and newsletters, including coordinating with translators and other departments
• Liaise with different departments on all website and content updates
• Assist with the production of marketing materials for events, exhibitions and campaigns
• Perform project management for marketing campaigns and activities
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the marketing team as and when necessary

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Marketing or any other relevant degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Knowledge of email marketing systems will be considered an advantage
• Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress), and HTML, will be considered an advantage
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and efficient, with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and organization skills
