CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Specialist to join their growing teams based in either Nicosia or Limassol. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Digital Media, or other related fields, who possess previous experience working with Hubspot or another email platform such as SendGrid, Mail Chimp, or Silverpop. Knowledge of HTML is essential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate daily with the Design & Content Team to prepare/build emails using both the email platform editor and HTML.
• Prepare multi-language emails for the company’s brands.
• Prepare and send email broadcasts to different client lists.
• Work with Hubspot daily.
• Schedule campaigns as and when required.
• Create and maintain re-usable HTML templates.
• Consult with the Marketing Project Manager on specific campaigns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML email templates.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Previous experience in working with Hubspot or another email platform such as SendGrid, Mail Chimp, or Silverpop.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Fluent in English language, both verbal and written.
• Very good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach & positive attitude.
