The Client:

On behalf of our client, a leading company of restaurants and cafes in Cyprus, we are seeking for E-Commerce Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing our online sales strategy to meet revenue targets

• Managing our e-commerce platforms, including own channels and third-party aggregator apps for an excellent user experience

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content and product offering is optimized for online sales

• Analysing sales data, operation KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve our online offering, cascading down insights, best practices and new tools as they become available to relevant internal parties

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve

• Managing relationships and financial dealings with third-party vendors and service providers

Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field. While F&B experience is not required, it will be considered as an advantage

• A deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and e-commerce trends

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and aggregator apps such as Foody, Wolt and Bolt Food

Location:
The position is for the Company’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
