The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, experience in procurement processes, and a keen eye for detail during site evaluations.

Candidate profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.

• Proven work experience in procurement and site inspections is mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills).

• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person.

• Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform site visits and inspections, liaise with contractors and sub-contractors,

• Oversee procurement of materials and services for construction projects.

• Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data.

• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

• Perform risk and value management, and cost control, during a project.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project delivery.

• Prepare and review reports, documentation, and contracts.
