Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (on-site)
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to manage our office operations and handle basic bookkeeping tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks and support for corporate matters of associated companies.
  • Corresponding, arranging of signatures and filing of corporate affairs of the associated companies
  • Organize, file, and maintain corporate documents and correspondences.
  • Liaise with agents, couriers, external advisers, and consultants on corporate matters.
  • Provide assistance to the General Manager
  • Prepare meeting rooms, greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, and assist during meetings.
  • Handle office reception, phone calls, mail distribution, and courier services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, make travel and accommodation reservations.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and execute bank account application forms and communication with banks.
  • Record daily transactions in accounting software.
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
  • Degree in Accounting will be considered as advantage
  • Any relevant qualification will be considered as advantage (LCCI Higher, Accounting certificate etc)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written, Russian will be considered as advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking personality
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
