Office Administrator / Bookkeeper
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (on-site)

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to manage our office operations and handle basic bookkeeping tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks and support for corporate matters of associated companies.
- Corresponding, arranging of signatures and filing of corporate affairs of the associated companies
- Organize, file, and maintain corporate documents and correspondences.
- Liaise with agents, couriers, external advisers, and consultants on corporate matters.
- Provide assistance to the General Manager
- Prepare meeting rooms, greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, and assist during meetings.
- Handle office reception, phone calls, mail distribution, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, make travel and accommodation reservations.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and execute bank account application forms and communication with banks.
- Record daily transactions in accounting software.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial records.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
- Degree in Accounting will be considered as advantage
- Any relevant qualification will be considered as advantage (LCCI Higher, Accounting certificate etc)
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written, Russian will be considered as advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking personality
- Organisational and planning skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
