As Executive Housekeeper, you will supervise the housekeeping team, plan tasks, and train new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rooms meet company standards and maintain cleanliness quality

• Prepare and distribute the daily rooming list and assign duties for housekeeping and laundry staff

• Communicate with the Front Office and Maintenance Departments to prioritize guestroom maintenance based on arrival times

• Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives

• Understand VIP levels and provide appropriate amenities and services

• Monitor stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning materials, linen, and uniforms, and prepare the annual housekeeping budget

• Conduct monthly departmental meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Graduate of a Hospitality Management School

• Fluent in Greek and English for effective communication with guests, staff, and vendors

• Strong knowledge of hotel departments and functions

• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

• Open-minded, dynamic character with leadership abilities to supervise the Housekeeping team

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
