Legacyfx a CySEC regulated Forex & CFD Trading company located in Larnaca is seeking to recruit an organized Personal Assistant to join their team of Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize office operations and procedures.

Provide Front desk reception duties for the office, including timely and professional handling of all phone calls.

General accounting duties include invoices and petty cash.

Handle basic HR functions for the company.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.

Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects and activities as required.

Receive and review client documents.

Dealing with clients’ deposits and processing their withdrawal requests.

Monitoring the correct workflow of Deposit/Withdrawal procedure in the internal systems.

Issue, review, and follow up on various financial reports as per applied procedures (daily, weekly, monthly).

Candidate`s Profile:

Fluent in English and Greek, both verbal and written.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Trustworthy, reliable, time-conscious, ability to multitask.

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
