As a Financial Software Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the SAP project lifecycle, contributing to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of SAP solutions. You will support project tasks such as system configuration, data migration, and documentation, provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and gather requirements to ensure the system aligns with business needs. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field, with previous experience working with SAP Technologies, ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting or other Business Software considered a significant advantage, although full training will be provided, and Recent Graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are therefore encouraged to apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist in conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Document and analyze business processes to understand how they can be mapped to SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP modules according to the specifications and requirements gathered.
• Assist in customizing the SAP system to fit the specific needs of the business.
• Perform unit testing to ensure individual components and configurations function correctly.
• Support integration and user acceptance testing to validate the entire system's functionality.
• Document test cases and results and help troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
• Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Document any custom developments or enhancements made to the SAP system.
• Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Provide post-go-live support to users, helping them navigate and use the SAP system effectively.
• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot issues, escalating to senior consultants when necessary.
• Support project management activities by tracking project progress, updating project plans, and coordinating with team members.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, modules, and industry trends.
• Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and other project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to SAP configurations, processes, and data.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage.
• The LCCI Diploma will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP Technologies, ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting or other Business Software will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in the Greek and English language is required.
