As the Front Office Manager, you will create the first impression for our guests. Are you excited about the opportunity to welcome visitors to Cyprus and provide the exceptional hospitality our hotels are known for?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all Front Office areas: Front Desk, Reservations, and Porters Station
  • Ensure high operational standards and service by trained staff
  • Train front-line employees in sales techniques, including telephone reservations and upselling
  • Monitor budget adherence and report fluctuations in management meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hotel Management graduate with 5+ years in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with hospitality management systems (e.g., Micros, Methodos, Fidelio)
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication, managerial, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Ability to lead a team and implement innovative practices
  • Capable of preparing accurate and concise reports
  • EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
