The client specialises in providing financial and marketing services to companies around the world and are looking to further grow their operations. The ideal candidate should have some previous experience in office administration and speak fluent Russian. Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient daily operations and a well-organized office environment
  • Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies to support smooth operations
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and support basic HR processes
  • Support planning for internal events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming experience
  • Handle office emails, phone calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for all team members
  • Provide administrative support to top management, handling various tasks to facilitate their work and ensure efficient operations
  • Generate monthly activity reports and invoices as per management instructions (training will be provided)
  • Oversee and manage the office time tracking system & communicate with external parties to implement corrections and updates as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Fluent in both Russian and English languages
